Partner Visa

we can assist you in your partner visa application if you have been genuinely and legally married to an Australian or Permanent resident of Australia.

or alternatively, living in a de facto relationship continuously for 12 months (or less than 12 months if there are compelling and compassionate circumstances) with an Australian or Permanent resident of Australia.

And there is a need for you to be united with your spouse to settle in Australia.

And your spouse is also legally able to sponsoring you in your partner visa application.

You can apply for partner visa while you are overseas or holding a valid visa in Australia which does not have restriction on you to apply for further visa in Australia.

Generally, the partner visa granted to you include a stage 1 temporary partner visa and follow by 2^nd stage permanent resident partner visa.

To be granted a permanent resident partner visa, you must be able to prove that the relationship is still genuine and continuing and your Australian spouse is continuing sponsoring you in the application.

Prospective Marriage (Fiancé or Fiancée) Visa

we can assist you to apply for this class if you have genuinely and legally engaged to an Australian or permanent resident of Australia, and

if both you and your Fiancé'/e in Australia are genuinely planning and legally able to get marry in Australia within 9 months of your arrival in Australia while holding this class of visa.

You must also ensure that your Fiancé' /e in Australia is legally able to sponsor you in the application.
